*Confirmation and Reminders* - We'll send you multiple texts and emails to confirm and remind you of your appointment. *Cancellations/reschedrules* - Please make any cancellations, or rescheduling 48 hours before your original appointment date. - If you make changes or cancel less than 48 hours prior, a 50% fee will apply. - If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, a 100% fee will apply. This applies as a same day cancellation & no shows. -Appointments after 48 hours can not be canceled online, you must contact your service provider by text at that time. *Grace Period, Late Arrivals and No-Shows* - We allow a 10 minute grace period. If you're more than 10 minutes late an additional $10 late fee is applied to your service. - At the 15 minute mark your appointment is CANCELLED and a 100% same-day/no-show fee will apply. *Deposits and Payments* -$15 deposit is required for ANY AND ALL services - Deposits are applied to your service cost at the time of your appointment. If you cancel within 48hrs, you'll forfeit your deposit, and additional cancellation fees may apply. A new deposit will be needed to book again. - REMAINING PAYMENTS: I accept EXACT CASH (I do NOT carry change), ZELLE, TAP OR CHIP CARD INSERT. - if you cancel before 48hrs prior to your appointment your deposit can be refunded OR transferred to another appointment. - Continuous late cancellations (3+ times), no-shows, invalid card information, or refusal to pay fees may result in being banned from our booking site until all fees are paid.
